Can I attend if I am not a pastor?
No. The conference is for pastors and pastoral trainers only.
I want to attend but cannot afford the 1000 LRD/5 USD registration fee. Can RREACH or ESWA help me?
RREACH and ESWA have already subsidized the cost for every pastor who comes. Unfortunately, no additional financial aid is available. No travel or accommodations will be subsidized.
What if I pay for my registration but then cannot attend? Will my registration fee be refunded?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable.
What if I need to attend a work call during the sessions?
We strongly discourage external commitments during the Conference.
Can I bring someone with me (spouse, child, friend)?
No. Only registered participants are permitted to attend the Conference.
What if I have food allergies or special dietary needs?
We recommend making prior arrangements for your meals as we are not be able to meet specific meal requirements.
Do I need to bring money for personal expenses?
Yes. You should bring money for personal purchases and incidental expenses.
What is the dress code?
Modest, comfortable attire suitable for hot and humid weather.
Will I receive a detailed itinerary?
Yes. A complete itinerary will be sent to all confirmed participants before the conference begins.
